When will I receive my order?
One of our main goals here at Animigo is to get your order to you on time, and we will do everything in our power to make it happen. When you will receive your order though depends on the delivery method you have chosen, so check out either our ‘UK Delivery Options’ or ‘International Deliveries’ section for specific durations of each postage choice.
If you want to check up on a specific order, all of our UK deliveries and a number of international options come with a tracking number so you can see where it is at all times. Please remember when placing your order that we spend our weekends with our lovely pets, so anything placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be packed and dispatched on Monday morning or, in the case of a bank holiday, on Tuesday.
What if I am out when my order arrives?
We understand there is nothing worse than waiting around all day for a parcel, so if you’re out when the courier arrives, they will leave a card saying that they have tried to deliver as well as a number you can call to rearrange for a time that suits you better. We will also try to contact you to rearrange the delivery, as we want nothing more than for you to get trying our products as soon as possible! You can also use your unique tracking number to see where your parcel is and when it is estimated to be delivered.
Where do we deliver to?
At Animigo, we love all pets - no matter what country they’re in! This is why, although we’re based in the UK, we deliver to over 50 amazing nations worldwide! Delivery costs and time will vary depending on the country you are ordering from but, in general, international deliveries usually take around 5-10 working days.
Can my delivery address be different?
Yes, you can arrange for the delivery address to be different from the payment address. This means your order can be delivered to your work, friends or family’s address - whatever suits you best!
Do I need to sign up for my delivery?
Both the Royal Mail Special Delivery and UPS options require a signature from you upon delivery to make sure they arrive on time and to the right person.
My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
We’re sorry if your order has not arrived on time! There are a few things you can do to figure out what has happened. You can check your tracking number to see where it is, as it may either be stuck in the post or your courier may have already tried to deliver it. You can also get in touch with our helpful customer care team who will do everything they can to get it sorted as quickly as possible.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all of our UK deliveries come with a tracking code, and we also have a number of internally tracked options to choose from too.
