Dealing with dog diarrhoea
Although it’s not the most pleasant issues, diarrhoea will unfortunately happen to the majority of dogs at some point in their lives. It occurs when there are toxins within the body that need to be removed, which usually happens in the form of loose stool. Your dog may also feel tired, lethargic and bloated when suffering with diarrhoea. To help them get through this tough time, start by fasting them for a few hours, then introducing small amounts of fresh water. After that, you can try giving your dog bland foods, such as rice and chicken, that won’t upset their stomach. To help them completely remove the toxins from the body that is causing the issue, you can then try a dog diarrhoea supplement that can help to flush out the toxins and stabilise their digestive system.
