We offer a variety of different delivery option so you can choose the one that suits you best. Our Evri 24hr is very popular and gets to you guaranteed by the next day, even on Saturdays, it’s the perfect option for fast and discreet delivery. All orders placed before 4pm on weekdays will arrive the next working day. Our next service is the Evri 48hr delivery where your package will be with you within 48 hours which comes free on all orders above £25.
All our UK delivery options come with a tracking number, so you can always keep track of your parcel. All orders placed over the weekend will be packed and dispatched on Monday morning, and Tuesday in the event of a bank holiday.

We understand there is nothing worse than waiting around all day for a parcel, so if you’re out when the courier arrives, they will leave a card saying that they have tried to deliver as well as a number you can call to rearrange for a time that suits you better. We will also try to contact you to rearrange the delivery, as we want nothing more than for you to get trying our products as soon as possible! You can also use your unique tracking number to see where your parcel is and when it is estimated to be delivered.

Delivery costs and time will vary depending on the country you are ordering from but, in general, international deliveries usually take around 5-10 working days.

Yes, you can arrange for the delivery address to be different from the payment address. This means your order can be delivered to your work, friends or family’s address - whatever suits you best!

We’re sorry if your order has not arrived on time! There are a few things you can do to figure out what has happened. You can check your tracking number to see where it is, as it may either be stuck in the post or your courier may have already tried to deliver it. You can also get in touch with our helpful customer care team who will do everything they can to get it sorted as quickly as possible.
